The expansion of the existing town hall was required in order to consolidate numerous town functions. The expansion also provided the opportunity to upgrade and enhance the energy efficiency of the existing building. After construction is completed, the building will be 10,000 sq.ft. in total with a largely enhanced customer foyer and service area, a new police department, an enlarged auditorium and renovated office spaces for town administration and the court.
