Niagara Town Hall Expansion

The need for the expansion of the court facilities and the administrative offices was combined with a facelift of the interior and the exterior of the entire building This was accomplished with eliminating a problematic flat roof with a gable roof which instantly gave the building a new identity and presence and more durability. The energy performance of the building was also substantially improved through the improvements of the envelope and the mechanical systems.
