This Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) is located outside Latham, NY and follows the principles of the Congress for New Urbanism (CNU). Its Main Street is lined with multi-story mixed-use buildings with retail/commercial at grade level and multifamily housing above.
The center is a Village Green lined with a variety of housing types such as multi-story condominiums and town homes. All parking is along the perpendicular street grid and in parking pockets screened from public view.
